As of October 4, 2021, Massachusetts Hemp Growers like First Harvest Hemp Co. can now sell smokable flower and hemp extracts to more than 200 marijuana dispensaries in the state. First Harvest Hemp took full advantage of this new rule, launching its products at United Cultivation in Ashby, MA, last year.
